Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-focused Application Support Analyst to join our Engineering team, serving as the primary point of contact for operational issues and requests related to our SAP Business One environment.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in an application support or ERP support role (SAP, Dynamics, NetSuite, MYOB Acumatica or similar)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a methodical approach to troubleshooting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure
