Field Sales Representative

Kognitive Sales Solutions is seeking highly motivated sales-oriented individuals to educate clients and offer President's Choice Financial Products as a Field Sales Representative. The successful candidate will create excitement and connections with consumers in-store, drive sales, and build positive working relationships with store personnel.

Requirements

• 1 year plus experience in sales in a financial or retail industry
• Comfortable with sales targets and eager to push the status quo
• Outgoing, personable, and enjoys interacting with people
• Customer service or sales experience is an asset
• Comfortable delivering key messages and strong listening and communication skills
• High level of integrity and accountability working with confidential customer information
• Comfortable completing a criminal/credit background check
• Reliable access to a vehicle or valid driver's license is an asset
