Assistant Store Manager

As an Assistant Store Manager at Kohl's, you will provide oversight of store operations and merchandising, delivering excellent customer service, and teaching, coaching, and developing associates to execute operational, service, and merchandising processes. You will be accountable for the overall results and success of all key performance measures with a primary goal of driving sales and profitability.
