Job Description
As a Beauty Lead Advisor, you will drive sales through a passion for beauty and engage clients with a consultative approach, maintaining expert knowledge of top beauty brands and executing visual standards according to Sephora at Kohl's standards.

- Client-facing retail or service industry experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence in a clear and concise manner
