Job Description
The Merchandising Lead is responsible for executing sales floor merchandising, pricing, and recovery while delivering excellent customer service. The role involves maintaining product levels, executing merchandising processes, and supporting the training of associates.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Retail or service industry experience (preferred)
