Job Description
As Beauty Advisor, drive sales through an authentic passion for beauty, engage clients with a consultative approach, and maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands.
Requirements
- Build strong client loyalty and influence clients
- Demonstrate credibility to the client through knowledge of products and beauty trends
- Actively engage and complete all required training
- Execute and maintain all Sephora visual merchandising and operational standards
- Support inventory management and visual elements of the department
