Job Description
This part-time housekeeping and operations role involves ensuring a safe and clean environment in all areas of the store by performing daily cleaning tasks and completing operational processes to provide an excellent customer experience.
Requirements
- Clean all areas of the store following Kohl's best practices and standards
- Utilize only approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment
- Maintain levels of company-approved chemicals and supplies
- Complete and maintain required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance
- Routinely complete basic equipment maintenance
- Effectively use Kohl's tools and technology
- Support the operations team to receive and process product, execute stockroom operations and omni channel fulfillment
- Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services
