Job Description
The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire store team, delivering customer experience, and driving sales and profitability.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Experience supervising 20 or more associates, including performance management and employment decisions
- Great verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Strong people management skills and ability to develop talent
- Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
