Job Description
As Store Manager, you will provide oversight and leadership for the entire store team, delivering customer experience and associate engagement. You will teach, coach, and develop associates to deliver excellent service, merchandising expertise, and consistent operational execution.
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- Experience supervising 20 or more associates
- Great verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Strong people management skills and ability to develop talent
