Job Description
As a Store Manager at Kohl's, you will provide leadership and oversight to the entire store team, focusing on delivering excellent customer experience and associate engagement. You will be accountable for the overall results and success of key performance measures, including driving sales and profitability.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Experience supervising 20 or more associates, including performance management and making employment decisions
- Great verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Strong people management skills and ability to develop talent
- Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
