Store Manager

As a Store Manager, you will provide leadership for the entire store team, teaching, coaching, and developing associates to deliver excellent service, merchandising expertise, and consistent operational execution. You will be accountable for the overall results and success of all key performance measures, driving sales and profitability.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Experience supervising 20 or more associates
• Great verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Strong people management skills and ability to develop talent
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
