Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data roles
- Strong version control skills with Git
- Advanced expertise in DBT, independently implementing complex features and understanding shared team pipelines
- Strong data storytelling skills, adapting communication to different audiences and clearly articulating recommendations that connect technical work to strategic business outcomes
