VP of Growth

We're looking for a VP of Growth to lead our growth strategy, drive profitable growth, and scale our user base. You'll be responsible for defining and owning KOHO's global growth strategy, leading a cross-functional growth team, and identifying new growth opportunities.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of experience in growth, marketing, or commercial leadership roles within high-growth consumer technology companies, fintech, or mobile-first products.
• Proven track record of scaling a consumer digital product at a meaningful scale, with full-funnel ownership from acquisition and performance to retention.
• Demonstrated 360° marketing experience, including substantial exposure to brand building, offline and OOH campaigns, alongside deep performance marketing expertise.
