Logistics Coordinator

We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to support the day-to-day management of shipments, carriers, and logistics processes across our brands. This is a full-time remote role for LATAM-based candidates, working closely with our Head of Operations and operations team to ensure shipments move efficiently from warehouses to customers.

Requirements

• Experience in logistics, shipping coordination, fulfilment, or supply chain operations
• Experience with commercial invoices is a must
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Experience using NetSuite
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with UPS, DHL, and FedEx shipping processes
• Experience using freight platforms or shipment tracking systems
• Excellent written and spoken English
