Job Description
We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to support the day-to-day management of shipments, carriers, and logistics processes across our brands.
Requirements
- Monitor and track shipments across multiple international markets
- Coordinate with shipping carriers including UPS, DHL, and FedEx
- Investigate delivery delays, lost parcels, or shipping exceptions
- Maintain accurate shipment and logistics records in NetSuite
- Track logistics performance and shipment data using Excel
- Communicate with fulfilment partners and logistics providers to resolve issues
- Support the operations team with logistics reporting and shipment tracking
