Logistics Coordinator LATAM

Logistics Coordinator to support day-to-day management of shipments, carriers, and logistics processes across brands, working remotely with Head of Operations and operations team.

Requirements

• Experience in logistics, shipping coordination, fulfilment, or supply chain operations
• Experience with commercial invoices
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Experience using NetSuite
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with UPS, DHL, and FedEx shipping processes
• Experience using freight platforms or shipment tracking systems
• Excellent written and spoken English
