Logistics Coordinator LATAM

We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to support the day-to-day management of shipments, carriers, and logistics processes across our brands. This is a full-time remote role for LATAM-based candidates, working closely with our Head of Operations and operations team to ensure shipments move efficiently from warehouses to customers.

Requirements

• Monitor and track shipments across multiple international markets
• Coordinate with shipping carriers including UPS, DHL, and FedEx
• Work with freight platforms to manage international shipments
• Investigate delivery delays, lost parcels, or shipping exceptions
• Maintain accurate shipment and logistics records in NetSuite
• Track logistics performance and shipment data using Excel
• Communicate with fulfilment partners and logistics providers to resolve issues
• Support the operations team with logistics reporting and shipment tracking
