Desktop Support Specialist

Koley Jessen is seeking a Desktop Support Specialist to join our firm, with a collaborative culture and a people-focused and results-orientated work environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology or related field
• Minimum of three years' experience in IT and demonstrated expertise with resolving complex technical problems
• Consistent oral and written communication, organization, and problem solving skills
• Technical leadership skills with a desire to grow in capabilities while offering a strong willingness to assist others
• Experience using Microsoft Intune and SCCM, Microsoft Windows 11, and Microsoft Office 365
• Microsoft Active Directory user account setup and management along with group policies
