Koley Jessen is seeking an experienced Estate & Business Planning Attorney to advise clients on estate planning, succession planning, and charitable giving. Requirements
- 3 - 7 years of legal experience
- Knowledge of estate tax, gift tax, generation-skipping transfer tax, income tax and corporate / partnership tax
- Experience with advanced estate, charitable and wealth transfer planning techniques
- Ability to research tax and legal matters, draft documents, issue spot, develop and propose solutions
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
