Job Description
Kolostat is seeking a Site Supervisor (plumbing and hydronics) to lead a team of 1-12 workers on mechanical and/or plumbing projects. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience as a site supervisor or project manager, valid CCQ competence certificate, and excellent communication, leadership, and planning skills.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a site supervisor or project manager
- Minimum 2 years of experience in plumbing and/or mechanical systems
- Valid CCQ competence certificate
- Valid driver's license
- Excellent communication, leadership, and planning skills
- Bilingualism (French, English)
- Good understanding of technical specifications in plumbing and mechanics
- Good knowledge of the Building Code
- Read and interpret plans
- Flexibility and availability for varying work schedules
- Basic computer and technological knowledge (work with an iPad, fill out and approve time sheets in an ERP system)
