Job Description
We are looking for a Site Supervisor (plumbing and hydronics) to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will supervise a team of 1-12 workers on mechanics and/or plumbing projects, ensure site safety, and participate in mechanical/plumbing work with tools.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a site supervisor or project manager
- Minimum 2 years of experience in plumbing and/or mechanical systems
- Valid CCQ certification
- Valid driver’s license
- Excellent communication, leadership, and planning skills
- Must like and value teamwork
- Good physical fitness
- Good understanding of technical specifications in plumbing and mechanics
- Good knowledge of the building code
- Read and interpret plans
- Be flexible and available as working hours may vary
- Have basic computer skills and technology (work with an iPad, fill out and approve time sheets in an ERP system)
- Gas card; a plus
