Job Description

As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining an annual repair efficiency of at least 85% and ensuring rework hours remain under 3% of billed hours. Prior experience in diesel technology and excellent customer service skills are preferred.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate Degree in Diesel Technology preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Flexibility to accommodate various work schedules, including shift work
- Certification to operate a forklift and/or manlift required
- MSHA certification and respirator certification may be necessary
- Possession of a basic mechanics toolset required
- Valid Driver’s License
