Job Description
Product Manager, Electro-Hydraulic Controls role involves driving strategy execution, market growth, and product development across a matrixed organization. The successful candidate will serve as the global business owner for a product line, leading cross-functional efforts to optimize performance, define market needs, and deliver customer-focused solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science Degree in related field to our business (Engineering, Product Management, Operations) with business fundamentals, required
- 10+ years of experience in mining or heavy equipment industries, or equivalent experience in global product management
- Global Experience in other countries around the world will be an advantage
- Customer Interface experience
- Strong Leader, desired
- Financial acumen, desired
- Business acumen (MBA would be an advantage)
- Ability to maintain effective working relationships with peers, managers, and subordinates
