Product Support Sales Representative

Join Komatsu as a Product Support Sales Representative supporting product support and construction equipment parts, attachment and service in South Utah County. In this dynamic position, you will focus primarily on product support while also having the opportunity to drive equipment sales in specified territories.

Requirements

• Prior experience in construction equipment product support
• Mechanical aptitude with proficiency in machine evaluation and undercarriage measurement
• Laptop computing skills, particularly in Microsoft suite applications (Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong customer service instincts and relationship-building competencies
• Self-motivation and a drive for excellence
• Attention to detail in all aspects of work
• Organize work effectively to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Knowledge of competitive market practices
• Valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record
• Williness to undergo background checks, drug screenings, and physical testing
