Production Supervisor 2nd shift

Production Supervisor 2nd shift is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of production team members in Heavy Fabrication and Welding operations at Komatsu South Harbor Facility in Milwaukee, WI. This role plays a key role in driving a culture of safety excellence and Zero Harm.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required; technical degree or higher preferred
• 1+ years of related supervisory or manufacturing leadership experience preferred
• Previous supervision in Heavy Fabrication and/or Welding (sub-arc, hex-chrome, fit-up/tack, 3/32 flux core) strongly preferred
• Prior union supervision or experience in a union environment preferred
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Experience with lifting and rigging practices preferred
• Proficient computer skills; ERP experience strongly preferred
