Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or a related field
• Rising Juniors and Seniors in good academic standing
• Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, human resources, customer service, administrative support, campus leadership, or other highly collaborative professional environments
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
