Requirements
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or a related field
- Rising Juniors and Seniors in good academic standing
- Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, human resources, customer service, administrative support, campus leadership, or other highly collaborative professional environments
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
