Job Description
Kombo is hiring a Solutions Engineer to own the technical relationship with customers from first sales call through to successful implementation. The role involves technical sales cycle, leading discovery and demos, creating technical proposals, and driving implementations to go-live.
Requirements
- 4+ years in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or technical customer-facing roles at a B2B SaaS company
- Hands-on experience with APIs
- Track record working complex deals with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong communication skills
- Comfort with ambiguity and building things from scratch
