Field Service Engineer

As a Field Service Engineer at Komline, you will provide advanced technical support, commissioning, and optimization of systems and equipment for clients worldwide. You will execute start-up, commissioning, and performance optimization of advanced electrical and mechanical systems, conduct detailed equipment inspections, and develop customized training programs for customer personnel.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
• 5+ years of field service or relevant hands-on engineering experience
• Strong ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings, along with operation and maintenance manuals
• Proficiency with control panels, motor starters, AC/DC drives, and instrumentation
• Proficiency with high-speed rotating equipment
• Experience with programmable controllers and operator interface terminals (highly desirable)
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for engaging with teams and customers
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service
• Willingness to travel extensively (up to 75%, including international and long-term assignments)
