Manager, Analytics Services

We're looking for a Manager, Analytics Services to join our Analytics & Insights team. You'll lead complex analytics projects, manage a team of high-performance consultants, and champion the integration of AI to drive client satisfaction and business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics) or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in healthcare analytics or related field, with a proven track record of delivering analytics solutions to clients.
• Past experience with people management
• Strong project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing client relationships.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex analytical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and AI fluency
