Senior Legal Operations Manager

We're seeking a Senior Legal Operations Manager to build, manage, and continuously improve the operational infrastructure of our in-house Legal team.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in legal operations at a technology, data, or life sciences company
• Hands-on, demonstrated experience administering LinkSquares CLM or similar, including workflow design and configuration, template management, troubleshooting, and user administration
• Demonstrated experience configuring and administering AI tools for a legal team, including Claude Cowork or comparable AI productivity platforms
• Strong technical acumen and the ability to learn new tools quickly, configure platforms with minimal external support, and translate legal team needs into system solutions
• Proven track record of independently owning complex legal operations initiatives from scoping through execution with minimal oversight
