Staff Applied AI Engineer

At Komodo Health, we're reducing the global burden of disease by using smarter data and innovative algorithms. As a Staff Applied AI Engineer, you'll lead the end-to-end development of AI-powered tools and drive generative AI innovation to extract deep insights from our Healthcare Map.

Requirements

• Technical Visionary: Extensive experience leading AI/ML organizations within B2B SaaS or high-scale data environments, with a proven track record of scaling revenue-critical platforms.
• Generative AI Expertise: Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and the deployment of AI-enhanced workflows at an enterprise level.
• Advanced Quantitative Reasoning: Deep understanding of data science, classical statistics, and the nuances of complex data ecosystems.
• Masterful Storytelling: The ability to distill complex AI concepts into actionable business insights for non-technical senior executives.
• Leadership & Mentorship: A "hands-on" service-oriented approach to leadership, with a history of building high-performing, collaborative teams in fast-moving environments.
