Job Description
Komodo Health is seeking a VP, Revenue Intelligence & Growth Systems to build and operate a fully instrumented, AI-powered revenue engine that turns product signals, pipeline data, and market inputs into predictable, scalable growth.
Requirements
- 12+ years in Revenue Operations, GTM Strategy, or related leadership roles
- Track record of materially improving revenue performance (not just managing operations)
- Experience building or scaling AI-enabled or highly automated GTM systems
- Deep understanding of forecasting, pipeline dynamics, and ARR → revenue conversion
- Strong financial and analytical fluency; ability to partner tightly with Finance
- Proven ability to build high-performing teams and elevate talent
- Executive presence with the ability to influence CRO, CFO, and CEO-level decisions
