We are looking for a dynamic Account Manager to manage and develop our Service & Modernization activity accounts in the West area of Wallonia. The role involves managing existing client portfolios, proposing complementary solutions, actively prospecting new accounts, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Manage existing client portfolio and ensure regular follow-up
- Propose complementary solutions (cross-selling) and upgrades (upselling) tailored to customer needs
- Actively prospecting to develop new accounts and generate leads (hunting)
- Negotiate and conclude maintenance and modernization contracts
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow performance indicators and achieve set targets
