Job Description
We are committed to fostering a great work culture and inspiring the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Join our Finance team as a Collections Specialist to manage customer accounts receivables and improve cash flow.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Diploma in Finance / Accounting / Economic
- 3-6 years of experience in collection field
- Native Arabic speaker with excellent communication skills in English
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills
- Experience with SAP
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills for handling sensitive customer interactions
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
