- Managing construction and installation projects from start to completion
- Leading site teams to deliver projects safely, on time and to a high standard
- Monitoring performance, resources and project timelines
- Building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and KONE standards
- Supporting continuous improvement and team development
- Experience managing construction, engineering or installation projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Full UK Driving Licence
