The Engineer/Senior Engineer-Resident will be accountable for safety, quality, and productivity during installation and handovers, as well as customer satisfaction and team management.
Requirements

- Customer satisfaction and team management
- Proactive site preparations and site readiness
- Verification of the site execution plan and field cost management
- Maintenance of realistic MS 3c and confirmation of S-plan milestones
- Active support to Project Manager and Project Admin
- Planning and organizing installation activities, site storage, and logistics
- Organizing continuous huddles with the installation team
- Achievement of targets for variation sales and change orders
- Verification of quality of installation and final testing of equipment
- Responsible for quality claims / feedbacks, time sheet approvals, installation documentation, and reporting of installation progress
- Management of environmental aspects of the installation
- Verification that installers, testers, and contractors on site are trained, certified, competent, and capable of performing each installation task
- Accountable for site operatives' safety, motivation, and wellbeing
- Identification of Installation operative training needs and communication of these to respective line managers, HR, and installation subcontracting companies
- Development and maintenance of a proactive and professional relationship with subcontractors' installation team
- Follow and continually improve standard ways of working according to LEAN principles
- Motivation and empowerment of the installation team to identify waste and make improvements
