Job Description
As a Junior Engineer/ Engineer- Installation at KONE, you will be responsible for site supervision, customer relationship management, people leadership, and continual improvement. You will ensure safety, quality, and productivity during installation and handovers, and proactively communicate with customers to ensure their satisfaction. You will also be responsible for managing a team of installers, testers, and other contractors on site, and for developing and maintaining a proactive and professional relationship with subcontractors.
Requirements
- High school degree
- 2-3 years of experience in installation engineering or a related field
- Ability to work at heights and in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience with LEAN principles and lean tools
