Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a field related to commerce, technology, or a related field
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in customer care, sales, or customer service (ideally in the technical or industrial sector)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Customer-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems
- Fluent Czech, at least intermediate-level English
