Job Description
Operations Lead Connectivity, Global: Manage daily operations of enterprise connectivity services, provide operational support for GSIP platforms, and oversee service delivery. Identify opportunities to automate network service provisioning, monitoring, and reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT operations or network support, good exposure to GSIP and SASE platforms - Security, DNS, X.509.
- knowledge with network automation tools.
- Proven experience in supplier management, especially with managed services.
- Familiarity with SSL certificate management, firewall basics (e.g., Palo alto), VPN technology.
- Strong background in vendor and intercompany invoicing processes.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
