Job Description
We are seeking a Service Technician to join our Service Maintenance team in Johor Bahru. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out lift maintenance, maintaining excellent relationships with customers, and performing maintenance, repairs, and installation in collaboration with other Field Service Specialists.
Requirements
- 1-2 years' experience in elevator and escalator industry
- Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge
- Service mindset
- Willing to travel
- Own transport and valid motorbike license
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic digital foundation skill to use KONE system and application via mobile phone
