KONE is looking for a Team Leader (m/f/d) in the Customer Service for Elevators in the Munich area. As a team leader, you will independently organize your master area and lead a team of approximately 10 service technicians. You will also be responsible for customer service, maintenance, and sales support.
Requirements
- Completed training in electronics or metal with a master's degree
- Relevant professional experience and ideally first leadership experience
- Customer and service orientation, good communicative skills in German language
- Cost and responsibility awareness
- Solution orientation and goal-oriented working
- High affinity for digital technologies
- Willingness to travel in the Munich area and driver's license class B
