Requirements

• University degree in industrial engineering/design or mechanical engineering
• 2-5 years of previous experience in continuous improvement departments within the automotive sector or similar industry
• Systematic problem-solving ability
• Ability to work in teams and individually
• Leadership
• High English proficiency, ability to communicate in writing and orally
