Continuous Improvement Engineer

We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Engineer to work closely with the operations team, operational leaders and the continuous improvement team in the region to understand and improve our business.

Requirements

• Higher education in engineering or relevant area
• Previous experience from similar tasks
• Good verbal and written communication in Dutch and English
• Leadership and communication skills
• Proactive approach and drive to get results
• Creative mindset and innovative approach
• Experience on working with LEAN tools
• Good IT skills
