Business Analyst

Arlluk Technology Solutions, LLC is seeking a Business Analyst with a Secret Clearance to support the Office of Foreign Missions Information System (TOMIS) in Washington, DC. The position involves software application development, system administration, and help desk support.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of business and system analysis, preferably with Federal Systems
• Demonstrated experience and abilities establishing knowledge-based systems and using knowledge sharing methods
• Demonstrated experience providing full lifecycle documentation for software development projects
• Has experience implementing Agile methodology in the development of software applications
• Familiar with the Agile/Scrum practices and approach
• Solid experience and knowledge of version and project management software
• Excellent oral communication and writing skills
• Flexible, highly motivated, self-started who is able to handle multiple projects
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Visio
