Requirements
- Leadership experience
- Technical expertise in HVAC systems, energy management systems, electronic, electrical, and pneumatic controls/instruments
- Project management experience
- Administration experience
- Administrative experience
- Versatility to perform as General Maintenance Worker and Groundskeeper as needed
