Job Description
Koniag Data Solutions is seeking an Information Assurance (IA) Security Administrative Support Services to support KDS at Joint Base, San Antonio, TX. This position requires the candidate to be able to obtain a Public Trust.
Requirements
- Provides expert-level support for the Defense Health Agency's IT Knowledge Management initiatives
- Designs, implements, and maintains comprehensive knowledge management systems
- Leads the development and implementation of IT knowledge management strategies
- Collaborates with IT teams across various disciplines
- Develops and maintains taxonomies, metadata schemas, and content organization structures
- Implements advanced search capabilities and knowledge discovery tools
- Provides regular reports to leadership on knowledge utilization, gaps, and improvement opportunities
- Develops and delivers training programs on effective use of knowledge management tools and best practices
