Job Description
Koniag Government Services is seeking an IT Strategic/Capital Planner to support KPS and our government customer in the DC Metro area. The IT Strategic/Capital Planner will provide strategic planning and guidance for large-scale projects or significant segments of complex strategic planning initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust
- Minimum of eight (8) years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and training
- Two (2) years of task leader experience managing a group of engineers and the full ADP life cycle in software engineering
- Strong understanding of strategic planning processes, capital outlay planning, and IT project management methodologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to strategic planning, capital asset management, and IT governance
- Proven experience in leading and managing complex projects and initiatives
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for strategic planning, project management, and data analysis
