Job Description
Koniag IT Systems, LLC is seeking a Senior Electronic Document Technician to lead and oversee Electronic Document Room (EDR) operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership, supervisory, training, communication, and records management skills, along with technical expertise to maintain databases, electronic files, documentation, and various types of electronic media.
Requirements
- Supervise and lead the EDR team
- Develop and implement strategies, policies, and procedures to streamline EDR processes
- Manage the lifecycle of electronic documents
- Maintain and administer electronic document management systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance
- Analyze EDR operations and identify opportunities for process improvements
- Provide training and support to end-users
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports
