Senior Policy Analyst (REMOTE)

Kadiak, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Senior Policy Analyst to support Kadiak and our government customer. This position requires the candidate to be able to obtain a Public Trust. The position is remote. We offer competitive compensation and an extraordinary benefits package.

Requirements

• Policy Analysis and Review: Evaluate existing IHS and HHS policies and regulations to identify implications for enterprise EHR modernization efforts.
• Strategic Guidance and Recommendations: Provide expert advice on policy and regulatory matters impacting healthcare operations within federal healthcare systems, including IHS.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate communication between federal agencies, tribal health organizations, and other stakeholders to ensure policy considerations reflect diverse healthcare needs.
• Research and Reporting: Conduct in-depth research on healthcare policies, trends, and best practices relevant to EHR modernization.
• Education: Master’s degree in healthcare administration, public health, health policy, or a related field is required.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of healthcare leadership experience, preferably leading direct patient care organizations.
