Field Service Technician - Production Printer Specialist

Konica Minolta is seeking a Field Service Technician - Production Printer Specialist to join their Print Production team, providing outstanding service and support to valuable customer base. The role involves installation and support of Colour and B&W print production equipment and ancillary products with associated software & service solutions.

Requirements

• Technical field service experience, ideally with production printers, digital presses, or high-volume print systems
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and software troubleshooting skills
• Solid understanding of network connectivity, print servers, and production print environments
• Proven ability to perform in time-sensitive or high-pressure environments
• Excellent organisation, time management, and attention to detail
